Refund & Cancellation Policy

Where offered, a 7-day trial gives you full access to your selected plan for €0.99. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, it converts automatically into a paid monthly subscription at the plan's standard price. The €0.99 covers the trial period and is non-refundable once the trial has started, except where statutory rights apply.

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period (monthly or annually) at the then-current price for your plan until you cancel. The renewal date and amount are shown in your account, and we give advance notice of any price change before it takes effect.

You can cancel at any time from your account settings, or by emailing support@photonodds.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period and stops all future charges. We do not require a reason.

When you cancel, you keep access to the Service until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that, paid features stop and your plan is not renewed. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for the unused part of a period you chose to cancel, except where required by law.

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from a new subscription. Because our Service is supplied digitally and immediately, you ask us to begin access during this period and accept that you lose the right to a full refund once access has started.

If you withdraw within 14 days after access has begun, we refund what you paid minus a proportional amount for the access already provided up to the moment of withdrawal. To withdraw, email info@photonodds.com stating your decision; you may use the model withdrawal form but are not required to.

Subscriptions purchased for business or professional use (including paid Odds API plans bought by a business) are not consumer purchases, and the statutory consumer right of withdrawal does not apply. Such subscriptions are governed by the cancellation terms in this policy and the Terms of Service.

To request a refund or ask about a charge, email support@photonodds.com from the address on your account, with your plan and the date of the charge. We aim to respond within a few business days. Refunds, where due, are returned to your original payment method via Stripe.
