Terms of Service

PhotonOdds is a sports-betting data and analytics product. We aggregate bookmaker odds and provide statistical signals (including EV+, arbitrage, and dropping-odds analysis) and a developer Odds API.

PhotonOdds is a technology and data provider. We are not a bookmaker, we operate no gambling activity, we never accept or settle wagers, and we do not guarantee any betting outcome or profit.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age where you live, if higher) and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful in your jurisdiction.

You may hold one free Odds API account. Creating multiple free accounts to circumvent rate limits or plan boundaries is not permitted.

Paid plans are sold as recurring subscriptions billed monthly or annually through our payment processor, Stripe. Prices are shown on our Pricing page and may be exclusive of VAT; Dutch VAT or the VAT of your country is added where required.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price for your plan, until you cancel. By subscribing you authorise us to charge the applicable fee to your payment method on each renewal.

If we change the recurring price of your plan, we will give you advance notice by email before the change takes effect, so you can cancel before being charged the new price.

Where offered, a paid 7-day trial gives you access to the selected plan for €0.99. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the trial converts automatically into a paid subscription at that plan's standard monthly price, and your payment method is charged on each subsequent renewal.

The renewal price and date are disclosed again at checkout before you confirm.

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason.

Because the Service is digital content/services supplied immediately, you expressly request and consent to access starting during the withdrawal period and acknowledge that you thereby lose the right to a full refund. If you withdraw after access has begun, we may charge a proportional amount for the access already provided up to the moment you withdraw.

You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing support@photonodds.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

The Service and its data are licensed to you for your own betting analysis or internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly republish PhotonOdds data, nor use it to build or operate a competing odds, data, or analytics service.

You may not scrape the Service outside the Odds API, exceed your plan's rate limits, share API credentials, or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.

The Service and all data are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for betting losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Dutch law.

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or fail to pay. On termination your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, restrictions, and liability limits) continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by Dutch law, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence.
