PhotonOdds aggregates publicly available bookmaker odds and computes statistical signals from them. We do not accept, place, broker, or settle wagers, and we hold no gambling licence because we operate no gambling activity.

Any bet you place is made directly with a third-party bookmaker under that bookmaker's own terms. We are not a party to that transaction.

Odds, fair prices, expected-value figures, arbitrage windows, and dropping-odds signals are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.

Markets move in seconds and third-party data can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. A signal shown by PhotonOdds may no longer be available, or may never have been obtainable, by the time you act on it. Always verify prices with the bookmaker before betting.

PhotonOdds does not promise, guarantee, or imply any profit, winnings, or positive return. Past performance and historical signals are not indicative of future results.

Expected value is a statistical estimate, not a promise. Betting carries a real and material risk of losing money. You are solely responsible for your own betting decisions and for any losses you incur.

PhotonOdds is intended only for adults who are legally permitted to bet in their jurisdiction. You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age where you live, if higher) to use the service.
